Learn to be calm and you will always be happy...........

Dear Blog,
Today, I was kidda doing some things that I do not usually do. And when I was recollecting back at the end of the day, I realized what has been wrong. And that main thing is “Calmness”.

I’d like to define calmness as the key to everything. As long as you’re calm, your mind and your body is always ready for anything. Always try to practice calmness in your life and there will be actually a day that you will be always smiling. Smiling outwardly and inwardly. If this is well practiced, there would not be a day known as “Miserable day/Fed up day/Screwed up day or F***ed up day”.
Always remember that getting calmness interrupted is like getting the equilibrium or the balance of your brain out of the line. Then your thinking procedure would not be normal anymore. For then, even you wouldn’t know your actions until it comes back to normal.
So my dear friend, always remember,
“Learn to be calm and you will always be happy”

Cheers :)

We shall overcome

Dear Blog,
Problems, who doesn’t have them? But how many of the people just let their problems to dominate their lives and live doing nothing?
What made me actually write this was some talk given by my mom. She told the story of her life and at the same time I too recollected the things that I’ve done in life.
It might be true that you are very poor and do not have anything to achieve those dreams that you are dreaming of. As I said before, what most of the people do is just let their problems dominate their lives and say goodbyes to those sweet dreams. What I feel is that, you can almost achieve anything in this life as long as you don’t give up.
Previously I used to think that as I’m not in very much of a “Lucky” family with all the riches and with a background of some “Narrow thinking” people, I wouldn’t be able to go to those dreams that I wish day and night for. But , then somehow I realized that there is absolutely nothing in the world that could be considered as “Impossible”. So, hopefully, I’m in the process of “Overcoming”.
Just sing daily and urge to yourself,

“We shall overcome”
We shall overcome
We shall overcome
We shall overcome…………”

Cheers :)

Change, Change, Change

When you are down, Change.
When all the hopes are gone, Change.
When all the blames are on you, Change.
When life seems upside down, Change.
Change. Change. Change.

The world keeps on turning, the wheel keeps on moving,
The seed keeps on growing, once an infant became an Einstein,

Dearly beloved,
Day today, is only a fact,
Tomorrow will knock before the light turns off,
Is it the “Success” that you are seeking?
Then,
Change.

Forget your demented past,
Forget the failures before,
Burry all the heart breaking love stories in the sands of time,
Once killed a man? Give life to a thousand more.

Dream. Dream. Dream. Always dream.
Work. Work. Work. For them to come true.
Fail. Fail. Fail. To broaden your horizons.
Try. Try. Try. For one day you will fly.

Impossible is nothing. What you can do is anything.

Now I know this secret of life.
With “Change” I will find life.
With “Change” I will know death.
With “Change” I will change destiny.
With “Change” I will create history.

Two worlds, one family

Dear Blog,
This is just some freaky thought that came into my mind, well…yet, seems to be very true to me.
Just think about your life for a moment, your memories, your actions and your dreams, past, present and future, all moving forward along with time. Somehow, everyone seems to be moving on with the life they are given.
As the approach to this let us consider a life of a football player.
  • Really good at the grounds
  • Totally outgoing
  • Dating all the sorts of “chicks”
  • “Dude….what the hell is gravity?”
  • Etc. etc.
So, likewise, such a life moves forward. He lives on in his world.
Then a life of a “Nerd”
  • Getting all straight A’s
  • Einstein and Newton are his lifesavers
  • Parties are of no use as he cannot apply any Newtonian physics there
  • Etc. etc.

I just brought out two contrasting characters that we meet in our everyday life. The football player lives in his world and the nerd lives on in his world. One can criticize on them and there lives giving out pros and cons, but according to what I’ve learned so far in life, the both of their lives are just beautiful. Likewise, we all are living the lives that we have got and every and each one of them is beautiful if we are seeing the beauty in it in the proper way.
My sister, she is very much interested in cats and other animals. She mostly spends her time with those creatures. She often says that she wants to feed and keep all the cats in the whole world.
As you see, we all are living in our own worlds of mind while all being on a single planet. But all being connected to each other in one way or another. Probably that’s exactly why I titled this “Two worlds, one family”.
At the same time, someone might ask why I just tried to bring out a fact that merely exists. As now we know that all the people are living in their own worlds and as we know that every and each life is beautiful and gifted, why not start thinking of taking away jealousy and anger over other’s lives? Why not start helping some other person who is drowning in his own world?
Cheers :)

Keeping the spirit up the whole day

Dear Blog,
There’s this EARLY MORNING WORKOUT thing that I’ve been carrying out for some time. Today somehow in the very morning I couldn’t do that. Then only as I was going through the day I realized that there is actually a lot of value in this particular workout as I kidda went down to the *Down* mood (Most of the time I’m kidda the *Hyper* type person). Today why I couldn’t do this was because I thought of just studying in that time as well as I’m having some exams to face to. But…then as I was getting distracted by all the sorts of things and when I actually asked myself, “Why the heck is this ?” then only my brain answered “Dude…today you forgot to give the *WARM UP* to your mind and body”
So…I just thought of sharing this particular, (secret *wink*) workout of mine as it might be useful for at least someone else in this small world :)

*First I wake up about ½  and hour before I actually wanna wake up.
*Then I take in the early morning atmosphere a bit into my body
*Then I wash up, change clothes and become FRESH
*Then I meditate for about 15 minutes
– as Buddhists may already know, what I basically do is the “Aanaapaanasathi Bhaawana” and “Maithree Bhawana”
-         as for the other people of other religions, I do two types of meditations
o       1. Closing eyes and keeping your body in posture that is easy to you, then only concentrating about the breath that gets into your nose and gets out. (The point of this is to be concentrating only on one thing and to be rid of all the other facts that pollute your mind such as anger, jealousy etc.)
o       2. The second one is, just closing your eyes and think for the goodness sake of every single person, animal, every living thing, every non living thing in side and outside the planet. (The point of this is to calm down all your thoughts, practice kindness to everyone and to lower your anger or get rid of it completely)
*Then I get on to the physical work out. This involves some cycle riding, some jogging and some push ups. (Done for about 30 minutes may be, depending on the time and day)
*Afterwards, being all mentally and physically strong, I just think of and note down some kindness acts that I’d be able to do on this day.

That’s it. How to feel *HIGH* the whole day without ANY weed, liquor, sexual acts etc. Just try it. Just for a week. Trust me or not. You will find the results amazing. No,wait..... ASTONISHING!!.

Cheers :)

Jealousy

Dear Blog,
Jealousy is a green eyed monster”, that’s Shakespeare. But I would just like to give out some facts that I think about jealousy.
What really made me write this was a real life situation. I like to share that as well as the approach to this.

There was this b’day party of a cousin. Somedays before the party they came and invited to it. Just at the same time the cousin told me to bring my guitar to play and to chill. I’m not a very expert player but could play somewhat as I only started it very recently. So, this gave me a perfect opportunity to play in front of a group. Anyhow on the particular day as we were about to leave the house, when I tried to take the guitar, permission was denied from parents. When I asked why, they said that those people are jealous according to what they know so, it’s better not to take it. I was kinda disappointed. Anyhow I did not argue over this, but I thought.

The question is this, why exactly should we be reluctant to do something because we think that someone will be jealous? Is it really our problem of that someone being jealous of us? Is it really necessary for us to take us over by that thought?

According to what I see, here the problem is actually not with anyone being jealous of anything but with my parents to let them overcome by the fact that someone is being jealous. (It’s not like I’m blaming my parents, who are very good people but I’m just being straightforward).

Apart from this situation, I would really like to define jealousy as one of the main roots of all the evil. It not just devour one’s soul but also has a great effect on the others as well. Is there really anything to feel bad inside your mind and to curse or wish destruction over someone’s success? Doing that does not make that person a looser but only makes yourself one. One that cannot actually achieve that very success that he already has.

Getting apart from jealousy might be hard at the very begging. But it’s never too late. Why not start today? Why not start from today to fade out your envy? Then you will be happier and much calmer from your inner mind. According to my belief, the person that tends to think happily over the other’s success, always finds his success.First mentally, then physically.

Cheers :)

Nothing worse than a missed opportunity

Dear blog,
I would like to recall one thing that led me into this. There was this lecture kind of thing about IT-BPO( Business Process Outsourcing) after school which I attended merely because I didn’t have anything else interesting to do that day. There was actually nothing that I found to expand my ICT knowledge from that because it was mainly held to teach the children from rural areas the value of ICT in the modern world. But there was one major thing that I learned about life, “Nothing worse than a missed opportunity”.
The lecturer was a good looking, polite person but with obviously pretty much of confidence. In order to give the introduction to the lecture he used a pretty clever trick to show the value of opportunities. He took out a Rs.2000 note (which is somewhat money in my country) and just asked the question

“Who want this?”

Everyone was pretty much astonished and was looking at the faces of the others. After a delay of say, 20 seconds , some guy got up and went to the stage. Without any further questioning he got the 2000 bucks. Everyone was rather surprised and disappointed indeed. Then the lecture went on and on.
Truly, I couldn’t even think of anything else other than this that day. Why couldn’t I be the one to stand up and take that money? What made me keep there just sitting on the chair watching faces just like 1000s did? I seriously did think of getting some serious action about this.
Then I went to a deep analysis about this. After that day, I did not say “No” to anything. I always stood up for anything happening anywhere whenever I got a chance. After that day I always tried to become that guy who stood up on that day to take that 2000 bucks. The things that I learned, the experiences that I earned through that were just unbelievable.
What I basically have to say is that, never to say “No” to an opportunity. Always try to get in. I’m not talking about saying “Yes” when some buggers ask you to rob in the house next door. But the point that I’m trying to make clear is that to think wise and never miss out an opportunity in life. You might come across embarrassing moments when living with this approach but yet, in the end, you will find that the experience you gained through that has been priceless.
If it is for a good cause, then my friend, do not miss out an opportunity. Never be hesitant. Never put what you have to do today to tomorrow. It might be your last chance. And mainly, always keep in mind that there’s

“Nothing worse than a missed opportunity”

Cheers :)

Trends

Dear blog,
Just got me thinking over some inspirational lecture given by my chemistry teacher. It was rather funny how the chemistry lesson became a lesson of life, first starting from the essence of sun light for a particular reaction and then gradually coming to this very thing about life that I’m gonna talk.
I am actually unable to bring out the talk just as he gave but I will try my best to give out some points from what I learned from it and what I’ve been also thinking about this particular matter.

First he asked us
“Why are you taking science?”
No one was actually able to give a proper answer.
“Just because your parents say?”
“Just because all your friends are doing?”
Not to mention my reasons, for they are rather complicated than of the others. Nevertheless, when we take the ordinary ones, what they are basically doing is just “Going after the trend”. Just because he/she does it, I’m also doing it. That tends to be the answer of the most. Not just education based things but of other things as well. It is quite true that we have to move on with the world for unless we are gonna be left behind. But my point is that the people doing exactly what the others are doing just for “The Trend”. The major fault in this act is that we are going to lose our personality while doing this.

Let us take an education based instance like my teacher talked about. One major thing that keeps away a developing country like mine from achieving further development is the narrow thinking of the people that the only available paths in life are to be a doctor, an engineer or a lawyer. All the people are going after this trend. Most of the parents are forcing their children to go for this trend. By this manner, most of the talents and abilities that a person bares get buried in the sands. As a quotation in Buddhism says

“Lovin ekek ek deyakata wei samatha”
(Every one on the earth is capable of something unique apart from the others.)

These talents are not written in a book saying that this person has this talent and that person has that talent. As we move through life we just got to find them. But if we just keep on going after trends and keep on doing things in life because your parents say or your friends are doing or because all in the society accepts then eventually you are going to lose your personality and you are going to become just “One of the others” and be buried after death.

“Be you. Do what your heart takes you to. Eventually you will find success.”

Cheers. :)

Regrets

Dear Blog,
I’ve always used to urge my self and advice others not to have any regrets in life. But anyhow today something happened that I very much regret from my heart. Most of the things that we regret for the rest of our lives are mainly based on very simple things that we could have accomplished without much or absolutely no effort.
What does it really keep us away from not doing something like that tends to be really easy? The answer actually lies within ourselves. Fear, shyness and carelessness is mostly the main things that lead us to such regrets. The question that I have to ask is
“Is it right to regret for the rest of our lives just because you are scared of some short term embarrassment?”
I highly disagree. In most of the situations in our lives that we come across are “Yes, No” (Success, Failure) type of situations.
  • You ask someone out. – the response could only be a Yes or a No
  • You go for a job interview – once again, the response could only be a Yes or a No
Here what we should urge ourselves is that what we really want is not just the “Yes” out from these situations. What it really matters here is the fact that we are “Doing the thing”. If we get a No out from the situation, does it matter? It would always be a very good experience. If we get a Yes from the situation, then, “Awesome!”
This sounds much like the Nike’s famous “Just do it” approach. Nevertheless, according to my belief  “There is nothing worse than a missed opportunity”. If we just keep these things in mind and put them to action, I do believe that there would not be any more regrets in our lives. A life with no regrets is always a life that is up for anything.

Cheers. :)

Lucky

Dear Blog,
Yesterday there was this DJ night party and all which I attended and which was obviously fun. But as all the dancing and stuff were going through I was just thinking, I asked myself the question
“Just at that very moment that we were just hanging around eating and drinking and clinging mindlessly how many people out there are starving and suffering with nothing but a piece of cloth to cover their waist?”
At that very moment I did wish if I could just leave that place and help at least someone like that. I know, that we should have some fun once in a while but yet, as I have seen, there’s just too much of fun in our lives. We are just lucky to have enough to eat, drink and most of the other facts of life more or less so that most of the people forget charity and companionship towards the others.
I am not writing this to ask you to not to go to some parties and help others during that time. What I’m asking from you, reader, is to be thankful for what you’ve got for the moment and to be also thinking that there are just too many that are really seeking for your help. As you are a “Lucky” person to be sitting on a comfortable chair and be surfing through the net, do not forget to give away some of your “Luck” to those that are really in need of that.
Cheers :)

Life isn't a matter of milestones but of moments :)

Dear Blog,
When recollecting back of what I learned today, there are some certain things that I’d like to note down.

To be frank, there is no actual definition of life, or may be it’s that I still haven’t figured it out yet, but as like some person in the history said
“Do not ask the meaning of life, You define it.”
Anyhow I could not yet found a real definition, may be I will find out as the life flows on, or may be just as I said there is no such definition at all.
Today we find some moment in life that seems to be absolutely perfect or you find someone who feels to you as the other part of you. But the very next day it just changes with no further arguments. It is agreed that the memory would last , yet that becomes all that you bare of the past.
Whom I would really like to call a Successful Person is a person that does not get shaken by any change as I mentioned before and is willing to change with the change. He would not be counting the milestones that he has gained in life for that he understands that it is just a transitory fact.
After all,
“Life isn't a matter of milestones but of moments”

The race of life.........

Just came up with some quote
"Life is a race, but don't take it as a race, just watch the others run and wait"
Nevertheless we all are like runners on a race track. Everyone keeps on running for their targets always competing with the others and trying to beat them up. They only realize it in the end that it has not been worth at all. This reminds me a part of a song "Won the race but lost your mind, was it worth it afterall....." (I'm no superman - Scrubs theme song) which surely questions your mind letting you to find out answers for that.

According to my experiences so far the answer that I came up is "Just watch others run and wait" concept. It does not mean that we should just give up all our things and watch other people succeed, what I try to give out through this is that we shouldn't be living our lives to pass up some exams getting the best marks or of trying to earn a penny more than your neighbor. Never try to compare yourself with any other thinking that you are better than him or he is better than you. The moment you think like that you have already made your life a race by trying to keep up your BOSS position or by trying to beat up the other. When we take up the whole society atleast 99.99% are exactly like that. They always try to beat up others and Stand Out from the others.Never live your life or do your work with that very intention. Have a clear target and work for that in a very relaxing manner.

One experience that I'd like to share with you all is my previous school exam. Before, always I worked with the very sense that "I should be the class first, I should be the class first", there were times that I succeeded in that but most of the time, I failed. But the previous time(applying this very concept) I did not think anything like that I just studied relaxingly while the bunch of nerds in our class were studying like hell. Anyhow I became the first.
I'm not telling that being the first is gonna make you the best but what I'm trying to tell here is that you can do much better in whatever your doing if you work on with the NO RACE concept.

Finally I'm gonna stop keeping these thoughts in your mind. Also try to remember this as well,
Never worry about the delay of your success compared to the others because the construction of a pyramid takes more time than an ordinary building.
(Something that a friend of mine told me sometime before)

Got more stuff in mind , but me late for lunch. Hope 'you reader' got atleast something outta this to your life. :) :)

Cheers :)

Hellow :)

Hey there reader,
Well....I really do not know why I created this blog. Was really bored at home without the least idea of any work. Just wanted to convey some of my thoughts out to the public if anyone's willing to read. :)
I , myself is still only a kiddo of 16 years and you might be wondering what I'm doing here conveying thoughts about life. Well....me neither know the answer for that but I just felt like it I guess :)

When I take a look back of my life, it has been far from easy and I still wonder how I'm here with all my spirits up. I always try to make up a new theory to life and move on when rough times comes to my way. But at the moment, may be I have failed in making a new theory and mostly that's what lead me to make this blog to write down some of my thoughts and to find out weather a solution lies within these thoughts to solve out the collisions in my mind.

Hmm...this was supposed to be the introduction to the blog. May be it's nice, may be it has the exact characteristics of BULLSH*T. Somehow with a good feeling about this blog, I'm gonna move on with some other posts. :) :) :)

Cheers :)
